UrbanForm is Taking the Oregon Housing Playbook to Honolulu

Hawaii Tech Week brings together thousands of founders, investors, and civic leaders across dozens of events in Honolulu, all working toward growing Hawaii's tech economy and building bridges between Hawaii and the broader Pacific innovation community. We're honored that UrbanForm has a seat at that table this year.

Today, Quang joins "Using Technology to Tackle the Housing Crisis" alongside Haylee Ulrey of Autom Insights, Thor Muller of White Rabbit, and Jerryck Murrey of Annum Housing. Each panelist has built a different piece of the housing puzzle, zoning, data infrastructure, resident support, and the conversation looks at how those pieces fit together.

That question isn't hypothetical for Quang and Haylee. UrbanForm and Autom Insights have already connected their tools into one shared view: UrbanForm's parcel-level zoning answers alongside the data backbone Autom Insights built to power a statewide Oregon housing coalition of advocates, program leaders, and a state legislator. Each company focused on building its own piece well, then made it work with someone else's, which is the kind of collaboration this panel is built around.

We're looking forward to hearing how Hawaii's housing and civic-tech leaders are approaching the same challenge, and what Quang brings back from the conversation.

The panel is Thursday, September 3, 4:30 to 6:30 PM HST at the Entrepreneurs Sandbox in Kaka'ako. Free to attend for anyone at Hawaii Tech Week.

If you're at HTW, reach out and say “Hello”...we’d love to hear from you!
