Yes or no?

For those of you who don't know much about zoning, it's basically the building and construction equivalent of this parking sign.

The zoning code is thousands of pages of regulations governing what can be built on a site, with dozens of exceptions, bonuses, contingencies, and overrides that are all dependent on location specifics, and all of it is written in dense legalese.

Now--imagine if you could just pull up to this spot and have the sign tell you either: yes, you're allowed to park here, or no, you are not.

That's what UrbanForm does for you with zoning.

Available in Portland, Seattle, and San Diego.

More cities are coming soon.
