Likewise, tracking zoning changes and proposed zoning amendments is no small matter. Luckily, Daniel Heller and the team at Re-Zone.ai are focusing on exactly that, using their team and technology to make sure that zoning changes, often proposed and publicized through municipal meeting minutes, are tracked by jurisdiction.

It's not well known, but the process for amending, modifying, or changing zoning is very different from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. A look at an example of some of the data gleaned by tracking all of this information can be seen below.
